運送及退換

Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock. The estimated shipping time is located in the description of each pre-order item. Please pay attention to each pre-order ending date and estimated shipping time before purchasing. All items placed in the same order will be shipped together.

Please DO NOT place a pre-order If you need an item by a specific date, we cannot guarantee the item will arrive by your designated date. We will update you after pre-order when your items are available for shipping. Seasonal pre-orders may take longer to ship. You will proceed through the check out as usual and make full payment when making a pre-order.

 

When placing your pre-order, you agree to these terms. Please note that pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

 

預購的意思即是未有現貨,需等候較久時間送貨。預購按照正常方式下訂單,運輸時間會在每個預購商品網頁中說明。購買前,請注意預購的結束日期和預計的運送時間。顧客的訂單一經確認,所有商品將一起寄送。我們建議把預購和現貨商品分開訂購,否則將延遲您的現貨商品的處理時間。

 

如果您需要在特定日期之前訂購商品,請恕我們不能保證預購商品會在您指定的日期到達。在運送前,我們將以電郵通知您。季節性預購可能需要更長時間才能發送。您將照常進行結帳,並在預訂時全額結帳。請注意,一旦下訂單就不能取消或退款。

Shipping Policy

Ready-to-ship order with Standard SF Express is 2–4 business days (holidays are excluded). 


​If you prefer a specific SF Express pickup location at your convenience, please input the SF Station address (instead of your home address). You will receive shipping notification and tracking through email once your item(s) has shipped.

Shipping Fee Policy

  • For orders from 0–1KG, shipping cost is HK$30

  • For orders from 1.1–1.5KG, shipping cost is HK$36

  • For orders from 1.6KG and above, shipping cost is HK$42


Free Shipping on Orders over HK$600

 

We do our best to make sure your package get delivered properly. Yet, please double check that you input the correct name and address before confirming the order. 

順豐速運到貨服務為 2–4 個工作日 (假日除外)。

如果您希望選擇特定的順豐服務點,請輸入順豐站地址,而不是家庭住址。商品寄出後,您將通過電子郵件收到運送通知。

 

運費計算

  • 從 0–1KG 的訂單,運費為 HK$30

  • 從 1.1–1.5KG 的訂單,運費為 HK$36

  • 從 1.6KG 及以上的訂單,運費為 HK$42
     

訂單滿HK$600即免費送貨


我們會盡力確保您的包裹能安全抵達。但在確認訂單之前,請仔細檢查您輸入的姓名和地址是否正確。若收件人委託他人代收商品,The Organic Store Hong Kong 恕不就所涉及的風險或損失負責。

 
 
 
 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at order@organicstore.hk within 7 days of order receipt. Please attach a picture in your email. We will issue an exchange (or store credit if item is unavailable) for damaged or incorrect items. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

We suggest you to carefully look over each item once you have received your order even though each item is inspected before shipping. If you change your mind, however, you are not entitled to an exchange or store credit.

 

Procedure for returning:

 

1) Send us an email and tell us what’s wrong with the order, attach a picture.
2) Our Customer Service will work with you to resolve the issue with store credit or an exchange.
3) If an exchange request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
4) Print the shipping label and send your order back within 7 working days after we accept your return.
 

After reviewing your request and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you when we ship out the replacement item.​

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Any product that is not returned within 7 days after exchange request is approved.

  • Any product that has been opened or used.

  • Any product that is not in its original condition or is missing parts.

  • In the event of dispute, The Organic Store Hong Kong’s decision shall be final and conclusive.

如果您收到損壞或不正確的貨品,請於貨品送抵後7日之內電郵至 order@organicstore.hk,並在電子郵件中附上圖片。對於損壞或不正確的物品,我們將安排更換。如果缺貨,我們則提供信用積分。請注意商品必須是未被使用,所有包裝亦必須完整保留。

 

每件貨品在運送前經過小心檢查,但我們都建議您於貨品送抵後 7 日之內仔細檢查每件物品。我們將不接受任何因顧客個人理由或改變主意而提出的更換。

 

退貨程序:

1)發送電子郵件給我們,告訴我們訂單有什麼問題,並附上圖片。

2)我們的客戶服務將與您聯絡,確認貨品狀態商討有關更換安排。

3)如果批准了更換要求,我們將向您發送更換貨運標籤。

4)貼上貨運標籤,並在我們接受退貨後的 7 個工作日內將您的貨品寄回。

 

在審查和確認您的退回貨品後,我們將在運送替換貨品時以電郵通知您。
 

以下貨品不符合退貨條件:

  • 批准換貨要求後 7 天內未退回貨品

  • 任何已打開或使用過的貨品

  • 缺少應有配件的貨品

  • 如有任何爭議,The Organic Store Hong Kong 保留最終決定權
