Which payment methods are available?

 We accept payments across a variety of different credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.


How do I track my order?

It will take 1–2 days to process your order. Once your order is shipped and handed over to the respective delivery courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number.


How do I return or exchange an item?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will issue an exchange or store credit. Please read our Shipping & Returns page carefully for instruction.  If you change your mind, however, you are not entitled to an exchange or store credit.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds (only exchanges).  We recommend you read our product information carefully before making purchases. If you have any questions regarding our products, we’re happy to help. Feel free to contact us here.



Where do your products come from? 

All our products come from Europe because Europe has stricter regulations on organic products than many other countries, including the USA. Our selected brands carry a recognized natural cosmetic certificate, such as NATRUE, COSMOS or Ecocert. We select natural cosmetic products that meet the highest standards of organic quality, credibility and transparency. Most importantly, all our products are cruelty-free.

The products we carry are very skin tolerant and dermatologically tested. Due to the variety of different ingredients used which can cause allergic reactions, we can never rule allergies out. Yet our brands are sure to choose ingredients with a very low allergenic potential.


At the moment, we only ship domestically, i.e. Hong Kong and Macau. However, feel free to contact us and let us know where you’d like to ship your order to. We will try our best to assist you.
